Shane Rios, Esquire

Born and Raised in the Bronx

Shane Rios grew up off Fordham Road and attended Fordham Preparatory School, just a few miles from our office on East Tremont Avenue. He earned his law degree from Fordham Law School in 2004, where he received the Archibald R. Murray Public Service Award for his work in the community. Today he represents injured people from the same neighborhoods he grew up in, and he takes that responsibility personally.

You Will Always Have a Lawyer, Not a Case Number

At many injury firms, clients rarely speak with their attorney after the first meeting. Shane built his practice the opposite way. Every client has direct access to him. He personally keeps you informed at every stage of your case: the investigation, insurance claims, depositions, medical examinations, mediation and trial. You will know about every court date, deadline and appointment well before it happens. When something changes in your case, you hear it from your lawyer.

He Knows How the Other Side Works

Before representing injured people, Shane spent years at prominent New York City defense firms, defending multimillion-dollar cases involving wrongful death, construction accidents, elevator and escalator accidents, car crashes and slip-and-falls. He knows how insurance companies and their lawyers value and defend claims, and he uses that knowledge for his clients. He has extensive trial and courtroom experience in both state and federal court.

Daniel Levy, Esquire

Founding Partner

Born and raised in New York City, Daniel Levy has always been a lawyer at heart. Mr. Levy earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Pennsylvania in 2000. He majored in recent American history and minored in political science. Specifically, Mr. Levy concentrated on the Civil Rights Movement and the ongoing struggle of the underprivileged in American Society.

Mr. Levy graduated from Fordham Law School in 2004. While at Fordham, Mr. Levy was a member of the American Constitution Society where he fought to advance a progressive vision on the American Constitution. Moreover, Mr. Levy spent an entire summer volunteering on a project at Fordham Law School aimed at preventing lawyers from neglecting their clients.

Mr. Levy has been handling auto accident cases since 2005. He spent over two years as an associate at Goidel & Siegel, LLP, a New York personal injury law firm, where he made daily court appearances and learned how to prosecute a personal injury case from start to finish.

Mr. Levy’s lifelong battle on behalf of the less fortunate among us culminates in the Law Office of Daniel Levy, LLP. Those injured due to the negligence of others are often vulnerable and scared.
