Accident Case Settles for $775,000.00 in less than One Year after accident

Client suffered a fractured leg requiring surgery.  After our initial investigation, we immediately commenced a lawsuit in Kings Supreme Court and aggressively moved for summary judgment to determine the driver of the automobile liable for the accident (before depositions).  

To expedite the process for our client we kept the insurance adjuster updated with all medical treatment and kept weekly contact with him.  While our motion for summary judgment was pending we agreed to engage in mediation, (before any depositions were taken) where we reached a settlement of $775,000.00 in approximately nine months after his accident.
